It is misleading on the part of home24 to publish on trustpilot, customer feedback without warning the customers that the feedback will be made public, that the name of the customer will be shown on the trustpilot webpage in full and to create a trustpilot account for the customers within the ordering process. Now that I know the way that home24 pushes reviews on trustpilot artificially, within the payment process, I understand that the notes on trustpilot are meaningless, as they come from customers that have not received the product, and without clear warning how their personal data, the given billing full name is made public to gether with their comment. It is slghtly upsetting, and I believe it is not compliant with european directive on data protection.

This is altogether quite dishonest.
I want to keep my comment there now that I understand what is happening, for future reference.
