Simply the worst experience I’ve had

Simply the worst experience I’ve had, communication is appalling and for which I was threatened financially for !! However turns out your staff share an inbox and reply 2 days later telling me that I not communicating!! I had dates for collection confirmation emails disregarded with no apologies no cancellation just an email telling me that they are changing the date! This happened 3-4 time and financially has cost me well over £300 by now the car has been sat waiting for collection since 6th June!! I can only say that I am glad I have my emails for evidence to escalate this matter further

What an awesome card my friend was so surprised and laughed so much it was hilarious, the quality of my pictures on it were fantastic. I would recommend this to anybody.

I have a beautiful Ted jacket that I wear and the zip will no longer release at the bottom. Ted doesn’t want anything to do with this because it was ordered 99days ago!!! I just wanted it repaired!!!! I Thought aftercare would be fantastic here but sadly it’s seriously terrible!!! Zero interest

This was a pre-ordered special birthday…

This was a pre-ordered special birthday gift. I can honestly say that when my friend showed me the pictures I was amazed by the gift boxing and the whole quality. I cannot speak high enough of Sparkling Direct, pure quality and the delivery was told to me that it was within a 1 hour window, which it was. It was delivered beautifully, carefully and undamaged. My friend was truly overwhelmed with it. I’m so happy with the quality and I 100% know that was money well spent .

Confusion at the beginning as I had…

Confusion at the beginning as I had been a card holder previously but never took advantage of the offers, so during my application it kept saying I hadn’t paid even though I had..... I ended up applying again and paying again but I chatted with the online help and they reimbursed one account and told me which account was active. My card arrived within a few days. I found them very helpful and I can’t wait to get my discounts.
