Simply the worst experience I’ve had
Simply the worst experience I’ve had, communication is appalling and for which I was threatened financially for !! However turns out your staff share an inbox and reply 2 days later telling me that I not communicating!! I had dates for collection confirmation emails disregarded with no apologies no cancellation just an email telling me that they are changing the date! This happened 3-4 time and financially has cost me well over £300 by now the car has been sat waiting for collection since 6th June!! I can only say that I am glad I have my emails for evidence to escalate this matter further
