Ordered a rose gold watch
Ordered a rose gold watch, arrived about a month after, and looked nothing like the picture (and the strap was WAY too big for a normal human wrist). The only good thing where the extra star comes from about this was the speediness of replies from customer support, even though they refused to refund me. I should have known however that buying a cheap watch would be poor quality, so taking full responsibility there.

This is a scam website illegally selling counterfeit versions of our watches. Our lawyers are aware of the site and are working to have it taken down. We're so sorry you have been scammed by this company.
We always issue full refunds. If you had purchased from us and were not happy for any reason we'd have offered you a replacement or a refund no questions asked.
