Told lies and very poor service

We broke down on Thursday 7/8/24 at about 3pm we were told as its the clutch it can't be fixed at the roadside with out even looking at it. We where told to arrange a garage and they would take it.. They arranged to pick it up between 9am and 11am.then we just kept getting told lies, it would be between 1pm to 1.30 at the latest then they are nearly there. Then it changed to between 2pm to 2.30 because they had to collect another car, then changed to 2.45pm. They finally turned up at 3.45pm. I am disabled and if it wasn't for the people living where the car broke down I would have been sitting in the car all day. These people are going on holiday tonight and had to stop in all day when they had lots to do, we can't thank them enough or condemn this so called rescue service enough. They just told lies all day and left us feeling embarrassed telling these people they will be here soon

Very poor company

This I hope will be the final part of this review, I ordered a bladless fan on the 28th April. They sent out a damaged one then as a replacement sent out another damaged one that someone else had returned you could tell by the packaging then sent out a third one telling me not to return the second one yet. The third one arrived also faulty the customer service agent asked if I could take parts off one to put on the other one, I refused. Finally the arranged a courier to pick them both up. The courier had no receipt to prove he had picked up the items. Now after a week I phoned them as I still have no refund, they say they still haven't received the items and I should wait another week. They have had my money since 28th April and I have no goods and no refund. Don't ever buy from this company they don't even deserve one star review

Once again yet another bad experience…

Once again yet another bad experience with ideal world. They sent another replacement fan ( 3rd) and was again assured it had been quality checked and yet again it hadn't been. I never asked for this to be sent. They also told me not to send back the second one yet. I suspect because they knew the third one had the control knob missing. The customer service agent intimated I could take the control knob off the second one and put it on the third one. Normal practise is they don't send a replacement until the last one is returned. They can't surely expect me to pay full price for a fan canabalised from 2 faulty fans. I am now waiting for another call from the resolution team when they eventually call

Further to the last review about the…

Further to the last review about the 45w bladless fan, I eventually received a replacement fan. This is the last straw. It was obviously one someone else had returned the internal packaging was sellotaped together instead of of being sealed. After taking it out I found it was dented all over. They originally told me they were out off stock then suddenly found one. When I phoned to complain I was cut off twice. The only help I was given was told to send it back again. I will never buy from this company again

Further to my last post about the blade…

Further to my last post about the blade less fan I was sent that was delivered broken and with a part missing, when I returned the item they where still selling them. Now they are saying they are out of stock and they tried to charge me the return postage. This is absolutely shocking. They gave me a discount code as compensation which doesn't work, I asked the customer service agent to process the voucher and he refused. I think the least they should have done is offer the next model up at the same price as compensation for their bad service. I am now left without the promised present for my wife on our 41st wedding anniversary, THANK YOU IDEAL World which it certainly isnt

The item arrived damaged with a crack…

The item arrived damaged with a crack and hole in the side, and the control knob was missing. There was no hole in the box however the box was placed on the doorstep the right way up. The delivery driver disappeared quickly and when I took the parcel inside the bottom off the box wasn't secure

Damaged on delivery, poor customer service

When my package arrived the driver was quick to disappear, on going to open the box found it was already partly open. I took the item out(a blade less fan) and first noticed the control knob was missing then on later inspection noticed the casing was broken. When I phoned customer service they promised to make a note of the issues and make sure they don't happen again. He seemed surprised when I said that should apply to every order. He then had the cheek to ask me to rate his performance when he hadn't helped me in any way. SHOCKING

Great fragrances …

Delivery of my orders has been extremely fast and the aftershaves where very good quality which is why I have just made my 4th order. The fragrances are very realistic and last through out the day unlike other copies which seem to disappear very quickly, they make great Christmas presents especially at the black Friday prices. Will be ordering again

Money orientated vets

Phoned for a nurse consultation as my dog had been attacked and wanted him checked over. Was greeted by nurse very polite is this Coco for appointment with nurse. Reception staff very friendly and interested in what happened. Seen VET not nurse over £20 dearer. She gave him good all over check. Prescribed meta calm pain reliever £25.24 then gave him metacalm injection £26.19 when we could have given him the metacalm she prescribed so no need for injection. Then prescribed antibiotics for what was barely over normal temperature another £39.91 not really needed for small scratch on back which had been treated. When I questioned why he didn't have nurse appointment they said because a nurse can't prescribe medications but we only wanted him checked over. They then denied me booking a nurse appointment. To round this up, they do look after pets well but are all about making money prescribing unnecessary expensive treatment. A basic check over and some painkillers was all that was needed but they play on your emotions knowing you want the best for your pet without understanding how much the cost is mounting up. Surely they could have said give him the painkillers straight away and no need for injection. Nice seemingly caring people just money oriented. No wonder so many pet owners don't get there pets treated when they are frightened of this kind of extortion

Conned over Ed sheeran tickets

I bought the new Ed sheeran CD on presale with the promise of early access to tickets for his concerts at the Royal Albert Hall. I should have received an email with the link to buy early access tickets. I never received the email. I reported this to them and asked them to sort out the tickets for me as it was there fault. They took allday then said they would try and sent mea link for when they went on general sale ( new that was a waste of time as the where all gone on early access day). They eventually got back to me on general sale day saying they couldn't get any tickets. I believe the presale merchandise CDs, vinyl, clothing etc was a scam to get me to purchase items with the promise of early access to tickets thus boosting sales. I am seriously considering reporting this to the newspapers. I'm sure Ed sheeran would be appalled by this practice let alone against a disabled fan. Will not be using them again. I never received an apology for not sending the link to the early access tickets in any of the communication's I had with them

Poor company

Like other customers I ordered a knife beginning of July as a birthday present. The date came and went so I tried to cancel, despite at least 10 emails they totally ignored all communication. After contacting PayPal they then sent the knife I no longer wanted or needed. I am still waiting for the return label and as I told them I no longer wanted the knife they should pay return postage but I don't hold out much hope and it would be to expensive for me to return, so it looks like I will be stuck with it. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Yet again I try to report a repair only…

Yet again I try to report a repair only to be told its not an emergency. My extractor fan in the downstairs shower room has packed up. Not a massive problem but I can't open the window because it opens onto a public footpath, the house is already damp with mould on the ceilings and clothing in draws and wardrobes. This is not the only repair they refuse to do. My fence is falling down with all the fence posts rotten through, a tree at the bottom of the garden is rotten and hanging over the footpath yet they still expect the full service charge to be paid, in fact they recently raised the the service charges to cover tree maintenance it would be funny if not typical of the company. Why should we pay for a service we no longer get

I recently purchased a massage gun from wow her, after the purchase went through they emailed me to say I hadn't redeemed the wocher. I went back to the site and went through the process again only to be told I had already redeemed the wocher. I thought little of it until I checked my bank account and they had charged me for 2. Like many other reviews I found it impossible to speak to anyone. Finally they got in touch via WhatsApp despite repeated requests they wouldn't phone me. They eventually offered me a refund in the form of credit to a wowcher account. I refused as I needed the cash back. They said I left more than 14 days after ordering, I told them I didn't order it and it was 13 days since they took the money. I didn't mind paying for the one I ordered even though it took the skin of my arm. They repeated they would only credit my wowcher account and severed contact. As a disabled person I cannot afford to loose £44 I hope they are ashamed of themselves
