By mistake the street number was missing on my address and the delivery guy was nice to call me and find out the right address instead of just delivering it to a pickup point.

I haven't received the order of goods amounting for over 600 kr.
The order was placed 3 weeks ago and since the order confirmation, there was no communication from Nordic Wellness. I contacted them twice over email regarding the order status and they didn't even respond to any of my mail. I am very dissapointed. And I want to get the order or to get my money back.

In my opinion: Very quick delivery. Quality products and the sweetest way of making the customer feel special.

I ordered a 3 in 1 pram/stroller and everything looks great. It came with a personalized note and sweets that really made our day ^_^ Thank you and keep up the good work! It won't be our last purchase here for sure.

PS: Disregard the below suggestion if it was on my or the translation end.
I was confused on how to find out the color of the pram/stroller. The pictures were a bit confusing whether that was grey or beige as the lighting was different in different pictures. Maybe this is something to address in the future ( except the case where it was me who didn't notice this color descriptor). Otherwise, really really great shop !

Finally, I have found a webshop with so many pieces of clothing that represent me best in terms of style!
Especially, I fell in love with the corduroy pants! The order was delivered in two days, earlier than expected! And their quality didn't dissapoint! Best acquisition I have made so far this year!
