Poor treatment
I have been using Shire leasing for nearly 10 years, in that time I have never missed a payment, always looked after the equipment provided, and felt I have a good relationship with them. This week due to a large bill I missed my payment to them and was immediately met with hostility and and passive aggressive phone call from Stuart Childs of their collections department, demanding payment before the 5 working day window.
Clearly loyalty doesn't mean anything anymore.
I have given 2 stars for the previous good service I have received but I am a bit disillusioned about whether to continue or not.
If this is how they treat their longstanding customers I advise anyone new to think ahead before using this company.
