Poor treatment

I have been using Shire leasing for nearly 10 years, in that time I have never missed a payment, always looked after the equipment provided, and felt I have a good relationship with them. This week due to a large bill I missed my payment to them and was immediately met with hostility and and passive aggressive phone call from Stuart Childs of their collections department, demanding payment before the 5 working day window.

Clearly loyalty doesn't mean anything anymore.

I have given 2 stars for the previous good service I have received but I am a bit disillusioned about whether to continue or not.

If this is how they treat their longstanding customers I advise anyone new to think ahead before using this company.

I was using the online platform…

I was using the online platform instaspin.com and playing buffalo power 2 whenI entered into a bonus round that looked like it had a decent win, and the game suddenly crashed, after some back and forth, I was informed that due to the game being manually ended there would be no further compensation, it's disgusting to think that these companies can decide if you can win or not, rather than being based on luck, I have time stamped messages and screen shots and I will be looking at where to take this further.

I entered into a bonus round that…

I entered into a bonus round that looked like it had a decent win, and the game suddenly crashed, after some back and forth, I was informed that due to the game being manually ended there would be no further compensation, it's disgusting to think that these companies can decide if you can win or not, rather than being based on luck, I have time stamped messages and screen shots and I will be looking at where to take this further.

Be careful before buying a car from…

Be careful before buying a car from here!
We purchased our c4 cactus from here 7 years ago. We have had 2 recalls for faults on the car and We have a full service history with our local garage. We've just found out that it has failed its Mot on emissions due to the wet belt damaging the engine. This should have been flagged on the 2nd recall 2 years ago, but because we didn't have a full citroen service schedule they weren't obligated to inform us of this. We are now left with a 7 year old car with less than 60000 miles. Tried to ring the dealer this morning and no one has bothered to call me back and the Citroens customer complaints line is dreadful.

Be careful before buying a car from here!

Sank a fair amount of money into indeed…

Sank a fair amount of money into indeed for either what appear to be fake applicants, people that just apply then get no further response or people accepting the job then just using it as a passing through point. I'm going to be using other services from now on, Indeed has wasted to much of my time

Sick to Death

A member of my staff misread the water meter in March resulting in a higher bill, i have sent several photos showing the correct water meter and serial number and it has still not been rectified. I have also made payments these are not showing on my account. I am sick to death of not knowing my account with water plus due their incompetance along with the stress of running a business in the current climate, this is not on!
