I got my package on time. And there was no visible damages. And I got notified at each stage in a very timely manner.

The packaging was so good. The print quality was also nice. However, the delivery date was not accurate at all. I contacted and asked for a reason, it seems the books come from GB and there are complexities after brexit. Anyway, be careful to order earlier than when you actually need the book. They are so friendly in helping out. Also, don't forget about the 20% discount for DTU students =]

I like that the parcel's status updates regularly. However, I don't recommend using this post service for
vulnerable parcels, unless you packed them with many layers of redundancy!

The staff was so responsible, although some disorders happened in the biometric collection room queue, and that was because of the not using the automatic queue system at that moment.
