I hate this company with passion, for all the reasons outlined below by others. I don't understand how are they legal.

I cannot express how much i despise 1st Port. They charge us 1000s and fail to show receipts. The company is an absolute scam.

Wish I've read the reviews prior the purchase. As many others said it here- the perfume I bought through their website never arrived. The companies website states the owner is Ilyas Suleman Makda, who also runs Trendy Trading Beauty ltd. 100% scamm. I shall be reporting them. Please stay away from them.

Absolute horrendous. Anything beyond collecting massive fee is beyond their capacity.

Constant adverts about SE switching from paper tickets to e-cards, but it's just not happening. I have 8 pieces of paper tickets for one return journey!

I know it's a bit of hit and miss with these online shopping companies, but I have ordered clothes several times and all of them have been surprising good quality.

We have been waiting for a management pack from you for weeks and weeks and weeks. The whole sale has been stalled because of your inability to send this through. Over a month we are waiting for nothing else, but your paperwork. I called, spoke to people was assured this will be dealt with- and nothing. I sent emails- and nothing. How are you guys even in the business??? Could someone please get back to me ASAP???

I couldn't dislike it more- no pluses at all, just hassle: please, be sure you read the small writing and T&C, so you are aware of things such as- your account with Loqbox will be logged on your credit report as a loan and so the credit score will actually dip for the first 3 months. Afterwards, my score went up just a little bit...maybe it's because it was already pretty good anyway, but Loqbox's effect has been minimal. Anyway, I fulfilled my yearly obligation and when I wanted to redeem my money I had to either open a new bank account in by them chosen bank, or to pay fee £30. Very, very sh1tty. Save yourself the nerves and find better ways how to enhance your credit report.

They're making stupid mistakes and taking ages (at the time of writting still not corrected) to right them.

Loqbox is showing on my credit report as ''loan'' not a saving account. A fictional loan on my CR was the very last thing I wanted. The chat bubble on the website doesn't work. The phone number listed doesn't work. So far, Loqbox had have no positive effect on my credit report whatsoever. And, I'm hearing stories from people who had troubles retrieving their money at the end of the contract. I'm starting to regret joining them very much and would advise everyone to stay clear.
