The order was despatched quickly. However, I ordered 2 items. I was sent the wrong size for 1 item and a completely different top from what I’d ordered for the other item. Needless to say, I am returning the order.

Excellent service each time I have ordered. I consider this to be a trustworthy for the quality of goods and their delivery/returns service. I have recommended them to friends & family.

I was very impressed with the quality of the jigsaw and the service I received. I was originally sent the wrong puzzle and when I queried this, the correct puzzle was sent the same day and I did not have to return the original one i was sent.

I ordered a silver bee necklace. The quality is poor and was smaller than the dimensions described. I have emailed them but have not received a response. I have submitted to separate negative reviews neither of which show on their website. Do not purchase from this website.
