A swarm of contentless unhelpful responses
A swarm of contentless unhelpful responses when assistance is requested. Multiple staff with poor english and no initiative to review previous communication results in 6 different operators needing to understand the situation. Even with an email confirming refund approval from the hotel, they still manage to be unable to action refunds. Agoda used to be good, now it has gone down the toilet. WARNING: Both my credit cards were blocked by my bank for using them on the website. Such a fall from grace.
