The way these people conduct themselves is shocking, how they keep getting away with ripping people off is beyond me
Ask for a call back, never happens, the woman in accounts has no interest in helping, speaks over you and talks to you like dirt.
I also know for a fact that everyone else in my building is of the same opinion, we need to look at having them removed as our factors at government house.

Howdens Fraserburgh used to be a really good branch. has really gone down hill ever since the New manager took over the business. There always seems to be a bad atmosphere. The staff always seem to be on eggshells around him and I can’t say I’m surprised the way he speaks to them. The last time I was in he was huffing and tutting at the counter as if he had no time for me very unprofessional. Never had any problems with the rest of the staff who are always friendly although because of the awkward atmosphere he seems to create I prefer to go to the Ellon branch.
