Extremely bad and unprofessional…

Extremely bad and unprofessional service. They dropped our stuff from their truck while driving as they di not close the doors well. Note also that 3 guys we had, were lazy like sloth. One came from Sweden. All of them were late and they worked really slowly. It toke over 7 hours to do small 1 room apartment (we moved from 2 room apartment to 1 room apartment). They packed car wrong way. Small stuff first with big holes and big stuff later without packing small stuff inside. When we did not accept their offer for the second trip, they started to slow down their work, and they started to leave our stuff to the streets unattended. Stay away from this company. Not professional at all. Pictures by the request. No compensation for the damaged stuff.

I have 8 transactions that WU promised…

02.11. Response regarding your message dear WU. I have sent 5 mails to you without your answers. I have called you, but no call back as your system has been down in all those times when I have called.

So please stop that kind of lying and act. You can see my messages for sure.

I have 8 transactions that WU promised to return to my account. They have not done it within the time limit promised. I have over 10000 Dkr hanging in their account and they do not even bother to answer to my mails, call me back etc... This is WU Denmark customer service. Absolutely unacceptable.

24 hours problem solving - JOKE

They promise to solve my account issue not receiving money within 24 hours. BIG JOKE. Now after 3 weeks I am still waiting and now they have prolonged their solving time to 48 hours.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS.

I know that they will close my account after this message and yes I am happy to loose 200 euro just to write this message about the company that do not care about their paying customers.

My account was blocked without any…

As promised the update.

RIA is not answering, not opening again my account nothing. They are just big scammers.

My account was blocked without any reason. I have contacted RIA 6 times via email and phone. Email no any ansver and phone they are promising to get back to me when they have verified my documents, but they never get back to me.

RIA is lying a lit and quality of their service has dropped down to 0. I do not trust them at all. Before worked well, but now nithing. Very dissappointed.

I know that there is coming almost like a automated message to this mail saying “Dear Sami. We are very sorry to hear your experience. Please contact us…”. What about if RIA is contacting me now?

So this is the update.

I got the message like I was writing in my first post. What happened? Exactly what I said. They send public message saying: ” Besvarelse fra Ria Money Transfer
For 2 dage siden
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. I know how frustrating that must be and keeping your account safe is our number one priority. You can contact customer service at us_support(at)riamoneytransfer.com and they will be able to resolve the issue for you.”

Now after 2 days sending a message to them like instructed, no any answer. Not even automated email or message.

What do you think? Please be careful with them. They keep money in their account for couple of days collecting interest (as they say thatvreturning money will take 5-7 bank days).

This is just a few hundreds euros x 5, what about if there is many customers like me? They make good money only with the interest.

Personally I am truly dissappointed to their NON-service.

Just waiting to see what kind of automated message I will get next. Keeping you posted…

Highly recommended CRM system

Compared to other CRM systems, we will warmly recommend. Functions are good and some functions are already integrated like ticketing system what is very important for us. Cons are that setting it up, we needed a lot help as some functions are difficult to find. All in all, excellent product and excellent customer servie. Special thanks to Charles T. He is nice dude to work with :-).

Late and not delivering what paid for

Got my line over 2 months late. They promised to reimburse one month. So far nothing has happened. Now been customer for 4 months. In addition I should have a line of 1GB and fastest I have reached with cable or WIFI is 250Mbs.

They are not "able" to change my subscription before 6 months has passed. I will change the supplier (even the line will be the same) but at least I pay less... Sadly to say, but I have really disappointing experience with Yousee.

They will NOT come despite their slogan

This is the second time I ordered their service and this is second time no show. Again the same reason. Third time I will not order from them. Their slogan is that ” we come to you” is a big joke. They will not come. Here their message ” Kære kunde.

Vi må desværre meddele at vi har haft uvedkommende på besøg i vores service biler som servicere dit område.

Det har desværre indflydelse på vores dag imorgen (torsdag)

Vi er på sagen og prøver at komme på benene hurtigst muligt.

Vi regner med at få sendt nye maskiner igen, så vi er klar igen

lørdag og søndag.

No business account unless you are home owner

I needed business account and I was ready to move my own persinal banking to Nykredit. Customer service called after my request, and first question was that do I have existing loan or do I want loan for the house or apartment. I said not now, but maybe in the future. Answer was from Nykredit that ”we can not offer to you business account as we proudly offer accounts only for home owners. Thank you and good buy”. Rude service and I do not understand why my simple business account is linked to home owning. Well luckily there are other banks in Denmark.

Super experience. Real safari company not a broker

Absolutely wonderful experience. This is the company what really makes safaris. Not any broker website. Many are the broker sites and people are not getting what promised, but this real safari company is delivering promises. Yousaf made our trip unforgetable. Next time for sure he is our man again. Super bad service. Fifth time DAO did not delivered my packet home. 4 times they lost packet. How come they can have so good ratings. We ordered pump to our turtles. Packet did not arrived, so we contacted seller and they do NOT bother to answer to my mail. I ordered Postnord home delivery, paid more that I can be sure that my delivery works, and it did not.

Horrible and rude service

Today we were at Capio Hellerup. All other personnel was very nice and accommodating (only start for them). But, doctor named Nikolaj Mogensen is absolutely horrible case. He should be in the position to be nice, understanding and most important PROFESSIONAL (he should get minus starts - perhaps evil signs instead, so we end to one star rating).

After mammograph, ultra etc... he invited to hear results.

All others at the hospital speaks English, but he refused to speak it and did not take any other person to translate even the most critical parts. It have been taken only max 2 minutes. We have been in Denmark such a short period of time (13 months), that it has been impossible to learn perfect Danish, but we managed somehow. We are from one of the neighboring country of Denmark, but our language is still a bit far from Danish.

- How come a doctor who works in good reputation hospital, is not able and willing to speak English?
- His comments about our language skills like "you should have learned Danish". It is not his business to judge people. It is not his business to treat people who pay for private hospital service in a rude way that spoils good Danish reputation.

- His comments about the sickness like

1. There is nothing (and he was measuring some parts" When asking what are those? he answered:
2. "There is always something" When asked again what are those and what we should do? He answered:
3. "Your own doctor will tell, I don´t need to tell you anything". "There is nothing"

I am truly thinking, if this doctor really has "all in there in order"...

Reputable hospital like Capio, should consider heavily this kind of behaviour. Doctors like that are ruining good reputation, causing loss in business and most important, losing the trust of patients.

We have saying that good bell rings far, but bad bell even farther.
