Exceptional customer service

Having not been to Howdens for many years the level customer service at Howdens has improved massively! I was welcomed and looked after from the minute I walked in. Mel helped me so much - really knew her stuff and made suggestions and provided brilliant advice. I was purchasing for a friend who was unwell so this level of support was really appreciated. I would totally recommend - especially if you are lucky enough to be helped by Mel Brown!! Good value for money too! 👍

Great experience shopping here

Had amazing service from a young man (whose name sadly escapes me) who found everything I wanted and gave me great advice. Also saved me £50 with a discount card. Excellent experience and will visit again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering as so many people feeling like me. I ordered prints in JULY and still not received them by end of September. No response to emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I do not believe that it is an independent company as no one would provide such shocking service. Utterly appalling service. Strangely after posting this my order arrived!!!!!
