I ordered 2 medium-sized t-shirts based on their chart, but the sizes were more like a small, even though the label did say medium. But I received replacement t-shirts in Large, which fit me perfect.

I love the graphics on the t-shirts I ordered! The t-shirt material seems fairly durable as well. The only issue is that the medium size on both were like a size small. They are currently resolving this issue though, and I was told I would get a replacement. I just had to send them pictures showing the measurements.

I received my package quickly and the price was more reasonable than other suppliers that I could find.

I ordered a nice pair of Kate Spade glasses, and my prescription was accurate. But, unfortunately, I decided to return them because they felt too heavy on my face. But the customer service was prompt, and I was able to do this without any problems.
