The order is processed quickly and regular updates are provided for delivery date/time, however the delivery person did not leave the order where specified but it was left in a reasonably safe place.

We had a really good offer via Travelzoo for a night's hotel stay in Woodstock, Oxfordshire. It included afternoon tea and full English breakfast with good quality accommodation. Booking was very straightforward and very good value for money.

We were already with Eon Next and, after doing some research, we found the deal they offered us was the best one for us, so we switched to this. I've not had to contact them during the past year, have had no negative issues, so can't comment on customer care. The website is pretty straightforward too.

All pretty good, however for some reason I was unable to save the page on my computer which meant going back to square one between browsing what was on offer, deciding to book, and making the provisional booking. Nice to be contacted by a representative by phone in confirmation, who was very helpful.

I spoke to Jacqui who couldn't have been more helpful. I felt she really cared about my requirements and was very efficient.

Our holiday with Jet2 was stress-free from start to finish, we found the app and email communications very helpful and our holiday met our expectations overall.
