A very efficient hand over and return of the van. The staff were polite and efficient. The van was most useful and performed its job well.

Very helpful service

I contacted One Call to reduce the price of my car insurance as I had a cheaper quotation from another insurer. They were able to match the price. The online chat with JS2 was very helpful and able to answer all my questions.

Better van but not clean

Better van but not clean. The van we were given was better than what we ordered which is why I have given an average score instead of 2 stars. The staff were very polite and helpful. The van was not cleaned inside considering there is the Corona Virus going on. The office was not ready with the paperwork needed for use in France which we had specified on the booking.
