I have battled with my stubborn and fussy eating Frenchie for 3 years. My dog walker suggested butternut box and it is like I have a new dog. He literally licks his bowl clean and anticipates his next meals.
What a joy! He is healthy, happy, energetic and loves his butternut box. If you are unsure just give it a try, because it has been the best decision we did for him!

What terrible customer service, or non existent at this point.
For such a large brand I would expect more accessible communication between customer services and customers.

Placed an order on 5 December with estimated delivery 14 December.
It is now 20 December and Hermes status has not updated past ‘On its way’ which it has been since 11 December.

What is the point of ordering Christmas gifts if they cannot be delivered before Christmas.

Not only is the order late I simply cannot get in touch with customer services.
What terrible service and terrible partnered courier services.

I will avoid shopping from ASOS in the future.

I would like to say that I think DPD is an amazing courier service and i generally have NO issues at all.

However with my Hello Fresh delivery keeps getting delivered to the wrong building and I don’t have access to the other buildings mail room

I have phoned and made a complaint but unfortunately nothing has been done and the delivery continues to get delivered to the incorrect place.

I really would appreciate some help rectifying this as it’s the only reason I am not giving 5 stars

I love my plants and the post support detail I receive on how best to ensure each individual plant thrives. Great company and I will be ordering from them again soon!

I am absolutely inlove with my frames! They came within a week during COVID-19. It was efficient and my frames fitted perfectly and looked better than I could have expected. So happy and would definitely recommend. The virtual try-on feature was unique and made me feel comfortable choosing a pair without physically trying them on.
