Thank you for your feedback. Please understand that GS RichCopy 360 offers many features that could be tailored to meet the many different scenarios customers could have. There is however a wizard that could guide you through the simple features you would need to do a simple copy.

Furthermore, our support staff is available to walk you through it if need be.

Our software is enterprise grade which means it offers many premium features available in the GUI and under the hood. Thus, it could be viewed for some non-tech customers as challenging. However, our videos, easy to read admin guide, and support are able to guide you through it.
