Ridiculous sizing

Ridiculous sizing, this must be for a child!

At Superdry we want to provide a positive experience for all our customers, and so we are very sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations in this case.

Sizes always vary depending on the model, should it be a slim fit then we recommend going one size up if available and should it be oversized/relaxed fit then keep the same size or 1 size down so it is slightly more fitted. If you are unsure about the size we have a size chart available on the website.

I can see the Mötley Crue T-shirt is a slim fit item but also a cropped version so it will be a small fit.

Great baskets and wonderful service

Great baskets and wonderful service! They accidentally shipped me 1 of 2 baskets and I called them and they had already shipped the second one out, so fast! The baskets are exactly what I wanted and well made!

The worst customer service ever!!

The worst customer service ever!!! I have been a long time customer of this shop. In the USA and when I moved to the EU I jumped when they opened a site for The Netherlands. I had issues with my perks account and not getting any perks emails in my inbox. I contacted customer service in June and again in October to ask about this. I was rudely informed that I had unsubscribed from emails which was not true, on the contrary I was looking for them and wondering why they were not coming. Well in the end customer support could have helped with this issue but they just brushed it off and supplied some screenshot of my account, not helpful, 10 emails later a waste of my time and so unbelievably rude! I told them if the aim was to lose a long time customer they were succeeding. I can’t imagine they had any other goal than to p*** me off. So I deleted my account with Anthropologie and Free People also. What a waste of space these companies are when they don’t appreciate their customers! I will shop where I am appreciated.

Awful!! Avoid!!!

Awful!!! I would avoid purchasing from here at all costs. I ordered online at the direction of a customer service agent. Order was not delivered as scheduled and there was zero communication until I called them and there was no explanation! 5 hours later they finally rescheduled the delivery with the promise of an email with a delivery time window the following evening. Again, they failed and I had to call them back. Customer service cannot help you because they need a few hours to contact the delivery company, what a joke!!! If you are in the middle of a remodel and are dealing with multiple deliveries, contractors and other projects besides just the yard, do yourself a favor and avoid Gadero! They will only make you work harder and give you a headache!!! I do not recommend!!

I love my Linn Boots!!!

I love my recent boot (The Linn in Black) purchase from Flattered! I also have a pair of flats from them which I must say are a bit large for my feet but the smaller size was too small, both pairs and really nice quality and I am very pleased with how warm the boots are! I wear a EU42 for women so finding shoes is always a challenge. What a great company with stylish products! Happy to buy from a smaller company and have something more unique and not mass produced.

I really think this company has issues…

I really think this company has issues with customer service! I have contacted an agent twice about an issue, nothing has been resolved, it has been 2 weeks. Totally ridiculous! There are other sites that sell the same products for less so I will move on…I have spent a ton of money with Cult but it’s not worth the hassle! No one there is listening or cares…

Not worth the hassle!!

I live in the EU. I ordered a pair of sandals from Nordstrom and was sent a pair of Mens sneakers. The entire ordeal of returning the goods was not easy and it isn’t over. I still have yet to receive a refund and then I have to submit the paperwork to have the VAT taxes refunded. I couldn’t even order the sandals after the return as I was told they were on Anniversary sale and not available for international orders even though I have a Nordstrom card! At the end of the day I will never order from Nordstrom again, not worth my time, not worth the trouble and for a company that was always known for great service I am so not impressed!! I ordered the very same sandals from Amazon and they came faster, cheaper and the correct item was shipped. Also VAT was prepaid so no hassle there. I will not shop from Nordstrom nor will I recommend them in the future.

Chipped paint & crooked...

The item I purchased which was a tall stand with three baskets for fruit/veg had a few spots where the paint was chipped off the metal and when I put the set together it was crooked. Not nice for the price but I needed it for our kitchen.
