Not Happy Woolworths
I have been life time Woolworths shopper and have become increasingly fed up with my online orders being wrong every week lately, I consistently get the wrong item, I understand that you may need to substitute items occasionally Woolworths but when you do I have always had it substituted with something completely different with no notification of the substitution and absolutely no refund even though you have substituted with a much cheaper item, in one case I ordered a 750g pack Of nectarines and received one nectarine at $4.50 is most expensive nectarine ever purchased, also order the same bread every order only bread my family will eat yet every order I get something completely different yet can go into the store to check and here is an abundance of the bread I ordered on racks, Need to start following peoples orders Woolworths or get people who can read properly, happens way to often, have always shopped Woolworths but think may need switch to Coles.
