Excellent service

I love shopping at Boohoo nearly every week which is my weakness. Customer service is excellent, whenever I have a problem they are there to resolve it. The agent Miguel from customer service was excellent and handled my query appropriately.

Bad quality cheap blinds!!

Bad quality cheap blinds!!! I had my blinds fitted in a year ago since then I am having on going problems, the cords keep getting tangled up, I had 3 different appointments for the blind fitters to come check and resolve the problem, they untangle the cords then a week later it goes back to getting tangled again, then I was told I will just get a new replacement it's been 4 months!!!! Still waiting with no updates on what's going on, it's a waste of money and a headache too having to keep chasing it up. The broken blind is useless is just hanging on my window

Excellent service!!

Excellent service!!! Was fitted in professionally, looks perfect the way I wanted it. Also Riki who fitted in the blinds had a jolly manner and took on board all my request and he also fitted it in 4 days earlier before the due date which I asked for. Very happy with the service that was provided will recommend!!!
