Awful service. Ordered last October but not fitted until late April. Very poor customer service and agents are not at all informed about the product . Quite difficult to undertand and not sure if it is as economical as ordinary thermostat.
Caused me a huge amount of stress and I still have not received my free Echo Dot!!

Hi Val, I'm sorry you've had such a poor experience. Unfortunately due to the unprecedented challenges we encountered we were unable to carry out installations in time frame we would like. As we do not stock the Echo Dot we provide voucher codes for customers to claim the free gift directly from Amazon. We are waiting on new batch of codes from them.
