DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE- IT IS A SCAM. They took payment and didn’t send the item. When I chased this with them, they told me the item was out of stock yet they had still charged me? I tried to get a replacement item which was £5 cheaper than the original item and they then tried to scam me further by making me click a link for a further £6. Since then, I’ve requested a full refund, to which they haven’t replied at all. Please do not use this company!

I would strongly advise steering clear of Lily Rose London. I ordered a Bee necklace in rose gold for £65 and the quality was appalling (I wouldn’t have even paid £10 for it). I then had to pay £7 for a tracked delivery return, because the parcel didn’t come with return labels, and I still haven’t had verification that they’ve received my returned parcel or that they are going to issue me with a refund. Be very careful with this website!
