From the very first appointment I was greeted very kindly by the reception staff, and I was seen on time by Trevor D Prior. I received an excellent service, being listened to, treated with up-most respect, and he explained in detail the next steps. Trevor also recommended an excellent shoe shop that I visited back in March called Precious Soles in Potters Bar.

I went to precious shoe shop and was seen by Peter, he was so patient and knowledgeable. He read my medical letter from the podiatrist, took all my measurements and then explained what he was going to do once I told him the type of shoes I was looking for. We tried on a couple and he made sure that I had no pain in when I was walking in the shoes I tried. I would throughly recommend visiting this shoe shop if you have issues or pain in your feet.

We have just returned from 11 days in Khao Lak Thailand 22/12/23 - 02/01/2024. Rachel Haughian our Travel Consultant booked this trip for us back in January 2023. From Start to finish the experience has been outstanding and the service provided by Rachel was brilliant, all the queries and concerns were answered to our satisfaction. We had the best Christmas and New year out there. Everything worked so well.

Our Quooker Tap and Cylinder was serviced today 27th March 2023 by Marc Coomber. He was a very kind gentlemen, and respectful. He has done an amazing job. I was not able to use my Quooker Tap for 4 weeks, but now it's all ready and in brilliant working condition thankfully to this great Serviceman from Quooker. He also cleaned everything up for us, which was a bonus.
