Professional, Friendly and worth every penny

From booking to turning up for my appointment it was all professional and faultless!

Claire was friendly, informative and very knowledgeable and thorough.

I would recommend this service to everyone! Your heart health is crucial and for the reasonable amount it’s worth every penny.

The location is easy to find and venue is pleasant which puts you at ease from the outset.

Poor customer service and poor deliver terms.

Ordered radiator not very expensive! Wouldn’t deliver unless I was home!!!!!!! Only deliver Monday to Friday!!!!! I ordered radiator to fit as I work Monday to Saturday!!!! Absolutely madness, refuse to leave them outside my home on my say so in a safe place!!! Not ideal service for a trade person!!!

Called to discuss matter! Very unhelpful and they hung up on me when I asked for a refund!!!!

Very poor customer service!

Poor delivery terms!!

The first time I ordered panels they came perfectly packed all together in a box. On this occasion the came separately with very little protection and all panels were damaged.

We’re extremely disappointed to hear of the issues you experienced with your order. This is not the level of service we strive to provide; we would never expect our customers to accept damaged goods.

Considering this feedback, we have searched all call recordings and checked our email database against the contact details provided, but we cannot find any record of you having informed us of the damage. We have also checked the delivery tracking and drivers photographs for any recorded signs of damage but with no success.

We provide a 14-day period following delivery for any damages to be reported to our Customer Service Team. If this was indeed the case, please contact us directly via support@easypanels.co.uk so we can discuss your experience and provide an immediate resolution.

We apologise for not meeting your expectations and would welcome another chance to earn your business.
