Prompt service and delivery. Good products, even ordered kaffir lime and lemongrass this time and they arrived really fresh.

Timely delivery. Delivery men, Harry and Paul, called in advance to let me know what time my delivery was expected and they turned up like clockwork.
Both were friendly and helpful.

We have used Just Park previously, parked in Bayswater, end of Queensway in London, very good.
However, this time we booked London Hilton Metropole car park with Just Park. There are limited spaces there, maybe eight of them and warning signs saying if ‘you don’t park at designated parking spaces you’d get clamped’. We got there at 10am and there were two spaces left (both half spaces!!!) so we had to squeeze our car against the wall and climb out through the passenger side which we only just managed!! That was due to the Just Park spaces not only being very small (even for a small car) but the other drivers having taken one and a half spaces. Just Park needs to evaluate their parking spaces as at the moment they are unfit for more than a Fiat 500!!
