Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service, emailed and rang regarding 3 doors we purchased plus handles. Someone answered and was told they would call our joiner back since Monday, but never did. been trying to contact them all week. We’ve spent £515, and definitely won’t be purchasing again.

Told they would call us back and never did. And no on ever answers the phone.

Fast, honest and reliable, was quoted a lot less from a different company.

Great communication, they also send out a free package to pack your phone for delivery. No complaints.

Awful customer service

Deactivated my account due to returns, since having a baby I order clothes in multiple sizes and return the ones that don’t fit. I still keep the majority of it, I’ve spend hundreds every year.

Paid for loyalty postage, which I have till October and I can’t even use it. Terrible customer service, if your sizing was on point many people wouldn’t be returning or ordering clothes in multiple sizes.

Had both my orders wrong

Had both my orders wrong, one item out of date, 1 item missing and one wrong item. Not impressed, as I thought i would buy off them one more time and they’ve got my order wrong again, so unfortunate won’t be ordering again.

Complaint dealt with quickly

Ordered my dress a week ago, had no dispatched email or any update. Amanda who dealt with my complaint was professional and sincerely sorry about this incident.
My complaint was dealt with very quickly and my dress was sent next day delivery.

Would order again after how quick it was dealt with as the dresses are beautiful.

SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY,

SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY,

Worst customer service ever, no communication, emails or text to let you know about your delivery.
My delivery was supposed to be made on Saturday 23rd and no one turned up considering I was home all day. Tried ringing up and spoke to customer service who had no clue what was going on and kept telling lies as to why my parcel is late.

Now I have to try to chase up my item myself!!
