In terms of verification, Zula was a breeze—quick and hassle-free. Customer service was marginally adequate; they respond, but the answers lack clarity. However, where Zula truly falls short is in redemption speed. I requested a small redemption of less than $100 on 3/2/25. It was impressively marked as "paid" almost immediately in the transaction history. However, as of 3/8, I have yet to receive the funds, despite using a major brick-and-mortar bank with instant transfer capabilities.

The Conclusion: today is 3/9 at 1047am. I received the same response today about processing times and it primarily being dependent upon my bank as to when their payments are received. I find that nothing but a lot of smoke. I had two other redemptions for larger amounts processed, paid, and received already - all of which were submitted after this ones 3/2 date which tells me the issue isn't with my bank. I told Zula today "Since I can see no value in playing at a casino that takes an eternity to pay when there are options that pay quicker within 48 hours. I requested the account be closed."
