Exceptional customer service

Peter in The Essence Vault customer service team was extremely helpful when the order was initially assumed lost in transit then further delayed by the courier, as too were his colleagues who as a team were exceptional resolving the issue quickly and efficiently.

Very impressed with quality of remote control I received and the speed of delivery was equally impressive, order placed Sunday 27th July 2025 and it arrived safely on Tuesday 29th July via UPS. Will definitely recommend and would happily use again if the need arises.

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
ORDER REF; 7491031 & 14737558
They don't deserve 1 star wish there was an option to give zero star rating.
- I returned an item because the description was wrong on the Crew Clothing website so product was unsuitable, because of this I asked for the delivery costs to be refunded too, sadly they didn't refund fully?
- They never respond to emails, despite several reminders they simply totally ignore even though I have requested involvement from a service manager or team leader?
- The telephone service is awful, very rarely anyone answers, instead you get through to a message service that you cannot leave messages on because the mailbox is full?
- Afterwards I have been offered Three times a "Free Express Delivery Code" none of them worked on new Crew orders saying "the promotional code you have entered does not exist"
Crew Clothing really need to improve their service it just isn't good enough.

It has happened again, Express Delivery discount code CREWEX8263 offered by Crew Clothing 09/12/2024 failed to work and sadly would not apply yet again.

Crew Clothing replied to my original Trustpilot review in October 2024 (order no. 7491031) saying they would look into the problem, unfortunately they never did and I'm still waiting, very disappointing! Now another order (14737558) with discount code not working?

Sykes Cottages are very quick taking your rental payments on time but sadly are very ignorant when it comes to responding to complaints despite me sending my issues via two methods, sent via email and via the Sykes App, received zero supporting comments which is totally unacceptable

Although the product was good quality when I finally received them from receipt of my order confirmation there was no facility to track my order, it was also very difficult to get any information from customer service because there is no contact phone number and the response is very slow from the online contact form

FREE EXPRESS DELIVERY ISSUE

Problem with free express delivery, sent 3 reminders to Crew customer service team, all emails ignored I did not receive any response despite the reminders

Hello Crew Clothing customer service, from your reply on Trustpilot I understand you cannot locate my account from the review name, you should be looking at the emails I have been sending to Crew customer service colleague Shantel dated 16/07/24, 19/07/24 and 24/07/24 all of which have been ignored, you should also note it is also not the first incident where I have been ignored by the same person and department on the same subject from a different order, I was blanked totally when I raised my issue, you should be able to locate me from the dates indicated.

Terrible customer service

It is a pity I have to give a 1 star rating I would prefer if I could give a Zero rating, I received an item of clothing which was meant for a gift, it was an online order which was crudely stuffed inside a carton that was not big enough for the contents, there were 2 other items inside the carton (heavy perfume boxes) which had been wrapped inside the item of clothing the clothing being used as packaging media, subsequently the clothing was so badly creased and in poor condition I would be embarrassed to offer as a gift to my intended recipient, M&S customer service when I called were powerless to help due to their T&C restraints, additionally unable to offer a free of charge replacement until I take back to store for quality checks, then I would have to wait for a replacement to be ordered, a further delay means I would not receive the replacement in time for the intended gift date, all the aforementioned created and caused by M&S where the customer has to suffer the inconvenience, totally unacceptable M&S this is really not good enough you need to improve and do better, in my opinion the level of M&S customer service has really deteriorated recently

Yale UK - Awful customer support

Awful customer support, reached out to Yale Home UK for their help 25th October 2023 and sent reminders but unfortunately received nothing more than 48 hours passed, terrible communication!
I bought a Yale wireless smart home alarm at the end of March 2023 installing the alarm April 2023, the outdoor siren box sounder is supposed to have a battery life of between 18-24 months but after just 6 months in use I received a remote alert on my smart phone that batteries are low and needed replacing which is not very reliable and certainly not what Yale advertise in their specification, subsequent I now have the inconvenience of having to scale my home on ladders again having to replace equipment that should not be ready until in theory 2025.
I have asked for their supporting help or the very least a recommendation what to do next or what batteries to install however I have not received any help whatsoever which is very disappointing and irritating, this is not very good customer service from a supposedly high profile organisation?

IA-330 ALARM KEYFOB ISSUES

I purchased the IA-330 smart alarm kit, the alarm system itself is very good however there is an issue I must comment on. The AC-KF keyfob supplied although being a good feature the arm/disarm buttons are very difficult to identify in for example evening or night time lighting as the buttons are the same colour as the keyfob body (Black) with very small logo's on them, it would be a big advantage if Yale could at least make the three buttons (full arm/part arm/disarm) in three different identifying colours or three different coloured logo's

On receipt of the swatch samples and with our full approval the order was fulfilled quickly and efficiently. STAY AWAY from online ordering shocking…

STAY AWAY from online ordering shocking customer service wish there was a zero rating, ordered a watch for a Christmas gift for my wife on 20% off black Friday deals, first choice placed in basket and onward to payment stage had to cancel due to stock issues, second choice placed in basket onward to payment and gave me an order number with delivery date on or before 10/12/2021, received email late 09/12/2021 advising they were cancelling my order due to stock issues again, tried to order a third choice but they then refused to let me use the black Friday promo code saying I would have to pay full price and then attempt to get a 20% refund after delivery, so I tried phoning customer service 9th December placed in a queue advising I was 3rd in the queue finally got to queue position one advised wait time one minute then cut off with message unable to take my call, sent several emails but they were ignored, tried live chat session was advised Ernest Jones IT department aware of their system not keeping up with real time stock levels and will try to fix in future, that is no use at the moment during festive ordering period, my opinion they should not be able to add items to basket and take payment with insufficient stock levels, "WARNING STAY AWAY FROM ONLINE ORDERING IT IS VERY UNRELIABLE"

Ordered the lovely lilac giftbag for my wife's 60th birthday on next day delivery service, ordering was easy and painless, delivery was very prompt arriving the next day on my wife's actual birthday which was perfect, the flowers were lovely and fresh, very impressed with the packaging the flowers arrived in a strong carton with excellent supporting packaging inside to protect them during transport, can't fault the service and quality very happy.

If I could score them a zero I would…

If I could score them a zero I would and urge you not to buy from this company, communication is non existent if you encounter any issues, customer service not reachable by phone and they fail to respond following email, they invent facts to promote TV sales that the manufacturer does not recognise or support, bought a cordless Greenworks lawnmower that is not capable of doing what they advertise, I'm now stuck with it and can't get anyone to resolve the issue.
