Terrible customer service
It is a pity I have to give a 1 star rating I would prefer if I could give a Zero rating, I received an item of clothing which was meant for a gift, it was an online order which was crudely stuffed inside a carton that was not big enough for the contents, there were 2 other items inside the carton (heavy perfume boxes) which had been wrapped inside the item of clothing the clothing being used as packaging media, subsequently the clothing was so badly creased and in poor condition I would be embarrassed to offer as a gift to my intended recipient, M&S customer service when I called were powerless to help due to their T&C restraints, additionally unable to offer a free of charge replacement until I take back to store for quality checks, then I would have to wait for a replacement to be ordered, a further delay means I would not receive the replacement in time for the intended gift date, all the aforementioned created and caused by M&S where the customer has to suffer the inconvenience, totally unacceptable M&S this is really not good enough you need to improve and do better, in my opinion the level of M&S customer service has really deteriorated recently
