Never go to this place

They absolutely do not know what they are doing, they destroy your car, and they avoid taking responsibility for it, they had to do a wheel alignment, they did it twice, they didn't, they just ruined everything.

When I said that it was better before they did that,
their answer was I know,
what kind of masters working there?

if you don't know how to do,why need to use your time and others? ,then they don't need to touch ,much better
.and make much more problems to people

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Andersen Biler Gladsaxe . I purchased a used car Ford Kuga model 2020 on July 7, 2025, driven 60000km and it has been nothing short of a nightmare since then.

First, the customer service was lacking. The sales staff seemed more interested in making a sale than addressing my questions or concerns. After the purchase, I encountered several issues with the vehicle, including error in the sensor and problem in the steering wheel and brakes. When I reached out for assistance, I felt ignored and unvalued as a customer.

Additionally, the follow-up service has been inadequate. I expected a dealership of your reputation to stand by their products and provide support, but that has not been my experience. And everytime i have a questions they ignore and answer rudely.
I feel very taken advantage of for not being able to speak fluent danish as they think I didn’t know my rights.
I would not recommend Andersen Biler to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle or good customer service.

Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied and regret my decision to purchase from this dealership.

Duftlys har produceret siden februar. Inden produktet præsenteres for kunden, bliver der lavet en masse tests for at sikre, at produktet forbliver af høj kvalitet.
personalet er meget søde og altid klar til at hjælpe,
butikken ligger i Høje Gladsaxe Søborg, kommunikationen med dette sted er rigtig god
