Thanks to the guys at Pace Croydon, I broke down in front of you the other day and you didn’t hesitate to help a neighbour, so with customer service that good you’ll be my first port of call the next time I need a van, thank you, Abe.

Ordered over £400 worth of goods as a birthday present 2 weeks ago and have the awful feeling that I’ve been scammed!!! ( let alone having missed my daughter’s birthday and having no more money to buy her anything for her 18th birthday!!) I’ve sent 10 emails , pleaded for just some information on a delivery date but little to no information sent.
I’m an emergency worker who can’t just take time off to wait for a delivery so feel betrayed by Homebase.
I will never buy a single item from them ever again- I wish I’d read the shocking reviews on this firm before I parted with my money!!! So Homebase - consider me ( and everyone one I can tell) as Part of the reason why you won’t be in business much longer!!
