1st class delivery,

Visited a car park where there is an offer on and got charged the full amount. Questioned the price by email to customer services and got an almost instant refund. Couldn’t ask for a better 5 star service…Thank you Hozah.

Always a first class service…packed not long after order and normally received within two days.
Quality of sweets is always good and reasonably priced normally beating Amazon Prime (and that’s with postage added).

Fast delivery, three bowls that looked brand new, wrapped so well, there was no chance they would be broken…great experience and should we need more replacements of discontinued crockery again, it will definitely be our first choice.

This is a first class service which was quick to do, no cost to me and hassle free. I wanted a quick sale. The car was advertised and sold within two days. Informed of every offer and also when the offer was expiring. Several offers within a couple of hours…a couple more within 24hours and this over a weekend. I was a bit adventurous with the asking price and of course it didn’t sell for that, but I am more than happy with the offer I accepted.
Sold to a garage who collected and paid all within 5 hours! I will definitely be using this service again and highly recommend.

The engineer (I think his name was Chris) that attended was excellent- he spent plenty of time working out what was wrong with the boiler- it appears even Vailant were not sure due to the noise it was making. Chris got a new part and I can honestly say that the boiler is not only back to its efficient state but I’m sure it’s quieter than it’s ever been. I would give him more stars if I could!

Not impressed with the amount of work and stress I had trying to get the right forms to prove I had got my vehicle on PCP for three years after being told how easy it was to get a charger fitted and having paid for it when I ordered it. All the official paperwork I received from dealer wasn’t good enough (I appreciate the company will say that’s not their fault and they did all they could to assist) That being said, once the right document had been received, the rest was first class. I was told my charger would be installed on 3/3/21, some six weeks after having the vehicle. A phone call received today (15/2/21) to state an electrician was now free and close by and could he fit the charger now....He did, was very polite, helpful, made the minimum of mess which he cleaned up. I was very impressed with this end of the service.
As the dealer is pushing Pod-Point I’m surprised there isn’t a better way of making sure the right forms are supplied to make it easier for the purchaser.
For those going through PCP - you need a letter from the finance company stating day you received vehicle and for how long (must be over 6 months), must also contain your name, address and Reg no. if you are to claim the Govt grant. Don’t forget dealer and finance company are completely different entities. Pod-Point will not go forward without the grant unless you are willing to pay for charger without it (extra £350).
I reiterate that once the document was completed, service was excellent.

Delivered on the day which gave it a star. Flowers got the other star...after complaining I was told the small bunch of flowers was the luxury bouquet and exactly what I ordered. Can I suggest going to the local supermarket and picking up a similar bunch for a lot less than the discounted price. I paid £34.99 which included £15 off plus an additional £5.99 for delivery.
I will not be be using this company again!
