scam website

scam website! Offered £117 initially for my phone, then revised offer for £55 claiming I had 100% battery health but charged it too many times.. I declined and then offered £75.50.. declined again and offered £85. I didnt agree to trade in my phone to enter in to negotiations..

I have declined their offer again and was told my phone would be returned to me however.. no return and the website status says it is processing.. no response from customer services..

Send me my phone back or pay me the the full value..

do not use

do not use, check their google reviews as they are con artists. I was charged for fictitious scratches to the car and when I refused to sign the document the person told me that they would scratch the car and charge me more.. this was in Cagliari airport

UPDATE - despite their response to this review, I have not been responded to when complaining and they have not released any of my deposit (even uncontested funds).

Had a great time with Gousto until it…

Had a great time with Gousto until it went wrong.. in one week I had a missing ingredient, then a bone in my mince which chipped my tooth then to cap off the week my chicken was off.. how did they deal with it.. they offered £8.. then when I cancelled on Friday they confirmed it would be paused but guess what.. the app still said my delivery was coming on Monday. When I called they offered me 20% off despite confirming in writing I would receive nothing more. Despite 30 mins on a call they refused to accept that it was reasonable for me to want to cancel or be refunded for the last box as thief process wouldn't allow it.. I'm now on hold and have been for 10 mins, presumably because they don't want to deal with me..

I bought several items as a gift but…

I bought several items as a gift but they weren't quite right (they looked great and no issues with quality). I was told to return them for a refund (the website says 'free returns' but I had to pay over £8). Desire them arriving tracked several weeks ago I have had no refund and no response to any of my emails. I am starting to wonder if the company exists any longer??

Update - the customer service team have now contacted me and processed a full refund
