Ben at the Sheepscar branch was great to work with - excellent eye for detail and an encyclopaedic knowledge of the products. We had a design in mind, and he made some really helpful suggestions to tweak, alter and move things around to improve the design and save us money. On top of that he was friendly and has a good sense of humour - can’t fault him, the branch or the products. Thank you!

There was a problem with my mop, I emailed the company about it - they asked me to take a short video of the problem and send it to them, which I did. They sent me a replacement part to rectify the problem. Very straightforward.
