AVOID AVOID AVOID! JUST MONEY MAKERS! had 6 cancellation and they kept my money without been able to finish my treatment, making fake accusation about me screaming to the stuff, I was obviously not happy about shaving the day before and taking days off at work, loosing money and time, wanted to speak to the menager that did'nt existed....cancelled my appointments with no notice! With pathetic excuses,laser broken , stuff I'll, error of the sistem and so on....could'nt finish treatments as planned with no results not so ever before summer came, as you can't have laser in summer! Went back this November to finish what I payed for and discover they have band me from the shop with not communications not so ever, you can keep my money and I call this simply stealing! But don't make fake accusations about me!!!!! The wroste experience ever, I now bouth philips lumea laser device,and I want to forghette about this NIGHTMAIR SHAME ON YOU!!!!

Stay away from this cowboys, just a waist of money and time! I had a terrible experience at wood green brunch, I already wrote a review that was including names and facts, wich was delayed because I mentioned names, so you can only write name if the review is positive! Total nonsense!! To cut the e timely long story short, I bough a package of 6 laser sessions, £530 paied all in advance, had 6 cancellations 1 after the other one with a collections of pathetic excuses, laser fall down and is broken, stuff I'll, error of sistem and so on, with the result of taking days off at work and loosing money and for the treatment not to have any positive results! I did complain as I could'nt finish the treatment before summer as planned, wanted to have a word with the maneger but the stuff called a security to make me live the shop! Stuff reported fake accusations, and did'nt acknowledge my total frustration for the 6 cancellations with 1 hour of notice of my appointments, so shaving the day before and taking days off for nothing! Went back recently to try again, and have the treatments done, guess what? They band me fro. The shop! Saing that I was screaming to the stuff, this is a lie, I did 'nt scream I was not happy and just wa.ted to have a word with the maneger wich was absent...I give up you can keep my money, and I call this simply stealing...I now bouth Philphs Lumea laser machine and results are amaizing and much cheaper than go to this clinic, they are just money makers nothing else, no custumer service, and up on everithing not results! I would' nt reccomands this clinic in Wood Green, they are just a JOKE!!!! Please stay away, save your money time and mental health!!!

I went today to have laser hair trmouval, a girl call Sidney made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcom! She came across like she hate her job and me aswell!! I am very disappointed and stressed by the overall experience at therapy clinic in Wood Green

I am really upsett i wasted my money with this brunch at wood green, I bouth a laser package, and 3 times in a row my appoinment is been cancelled, they don't even call, just send u a text with lies and excuses! I take days off at work to attend appointments that they cancelled the day before! At 7.44 pm so that you can't even call and speak to them!! Very disappointed and distressed about this horrible experience! And if you try to phone them nobody ever answer the phone! I lost confidence in carry on and finish what I pay for, but of course no refund !!!! Avoid avoid

I am very happy with my new glasses, I will highly reccomend to everybody the brillen branch in Wood Green, great custumer service, amaizing prices, everybody especially Paula is very professional, helpfull and extremely polite, thankyou so much for such a good service faboulos experience!

I would defenatly reccomend this company in Wood Green shopping center, service is very good, all the stuff is very very helpfull and professional. I love my new glasses and the price is cheaper than other shops, great experience! I am very satisfied.

I was left 4 days with istallation not terminated and a hole in the wall were the pipe goes, not hot water and no heating, I was freezing and not able to have a shower for 4 days!!!. The all experience is been very stressful very poor custumer service, I would not reccomend and highly regrette my choice! I have lost 3 days at my work waiting invane for an ingenier to came and finish the job! Wich took 3 different ingeniers to finilly finish the job ...4 weeks letar!!!
