Love Hot Doc, so easy to use!!

We rang to get an insurance quote for our caravan, Sarah was very helpful and patient. We then called back to accept the quote and spoke with Melissa, very professional and efficient, just one small error made so we called back to rectify and spoke with Katie who was also very pleasant and efficient. We were very impressed with the service, thank you KT.

The delivery of our product from Anaconda was seamless. Easy to order online and delivered in a timely manner in great condition. The only disappointment was with our local Hervey Bay store who didn’t even offer to source this product for us. No help at all and they expect us to shop local!! What a joke.

My items arrived in a timely manner and were exactly what I wanted. Thank you

I will not deal with this company again. My parcel left their office 2 weeks ago, it has been sitting in Melbourne since then!! Not impressed!!
Update 1/3/23 parcel did not arrive and I am still having issues getting a refund.

Wow!! What do I say?? The service was amazing, so prompt. My parcel arrived 4 days after ordering. The quality of the product, excellent, even better than I had hoped and the sizing perfect. A really pleasant surprise. Thank you Dad Shop!!

I love Trip Advisor- I guess the only problem I have with this app is I sometimes find it difficult to locate the menus for restaurants- I would like that to be made less complicated. Otherwise it is a great tool when travelling.
