I’ve been a customer of Ski Solutions for many years now and they always give me unparalleled customer service and advice, particularly Clare Roberts.

Do not use this service. I made a booking which I subsequently had to cancel. Ihad met all of the requirements but despite me cancelling the booking on 26 June, I have still not had a refund. It is not possible to speak to anyone, you have to use their automated service which, like most, is exceptionally frustrating. I shall be taking this further.
