AVOID

AVOID!
I bought two bottles of Champagne 11 days ago, I didn't receive anything yet and they don't reply to my emails. There is a track and trace code for a week now that is only digital, nothing has been shipped.

The goods are shipped from Italy and it takes in about 10 working days for the delivery.
As long as there is non info on the tracking link it means that Yodel didn't receive it yet or didn't register your parcel yet.

Be careful

Be careful ! Do not make business with these people.
I agreed on a price per hour, per person. After not much more than one hour they stopped working, they left for a break, they came back over an hour later and they charged me for the whole time. Instead of 5hrs job they first tried to charge me 12 hrs! No one answers the phone at Zoofy, so after long discussion I had to agree on pay 8hrs or else they would not leave.

I sent a complaint to the company, and after almost three weeks of waiting, they insisted the worker was right. I sent proof of times and they still rejected my request.
As if this was not enough, three weeks later, all of the sudden, they charged me 35€ extra for removing the waste, while not only this was never discussed, they didn't remove the waste, I had to do it myself, I sent photos proving this, and they just ignored me and still charged it.

They charge 417€ just to come to your…

They charge 417€ just to come to your place, they claimed to have replaced I pipe I never saw and was not asked to do, charing another 120€, they left the house without connecting again the water, so I have no hot water either, and when I reconnected, the leakage was worse than before. They promised to come back and kept saying the same until 10pm, they never did and never picked up the phone again.
Don't ever hire them

Order was not delivered, no refund yet

I bought a sauna with them, I got a track & trace link with delivery date 24 February but it never arrived and I was not informed.
They said at least another month of waiting without confirmation on delivery date. I asked for the refund and after 4 working days I didn't get payment and no one in the office gives any explanation when I can expect my refund.
DO not trust this company
