Bad Experience

Unfortunately I can only rate this company with one star. As they deserve “zero”. Unfortunately, a cable was cut from our house and we managed to talk to them and an electrician was sent. He spent 1 and 1/2 hour smoking and driving around to “pickup some stuff”. Once he fixed the problem - the company sent a bill of over 8 thousand Danish kroner claiming that we should also pay for his transportation home as it was outside working hours. In 37 years of life I have never seen such a ripoff. After receiving the bill, we spoke to the company and no agreement has been made and unfortunately we had to pay for it. However, I will never ever call you or recommend your service to anyone in this country. If you need an electrician - try someone else.

I got ripped off - don’t buy from them

I bought 2 tickets for my son and I to see PSG & RB Leipzig on October 19 (champions league). The seats were horrible - in the end of a corner - I could see only half of the field. As for the tickets, I got them on time before the game, however, the price in the ticket was 60 euros each given the fact that I have paid 420 euros. I understand that you are a 3rd part reseller but this is way too much to be honest. I sent an email asking for explanation and none dared to contact me. I feel very disappointed!

Reply from Football Ticket Net

Dear Bruno,
Thank you for your time in reviewing our site.
Our FAQs are making reference to this issue "The price on the ticket is the original price, or face value, paid by the original ticket purchaser. Our company purchases the tickets at a higher price from the original ticket holder and then makes them available for sale at a fair market value." and, on the top of all pages of our site, you can read “Football Ticket Net is the worlds leading football secondary ticket marketplace. Ticket prices may be above or below the original face value”.
The price you see on the ticket, or, face value, is the original price paid by the original purchasers, not by us. We then, purchase the ticket from them at their selling price, usually based on a basic supply vs demand market rule and make them available for sale.
For sold out events like the one you bought tickets for, the chance to get some ticket holder willing to sell it is not as big as the number of those willing to buy and so the seller will try getting the highest possible selling option.
