Item not dispatched been nearly 2 weeks

10 days have passed now since I ordered a tiny lip gloss, something you could chuck in an envelope cost me £3.99 to ship, yet after paying that I’ve received nothing - no communication, no explanation, no emails other than marketing ones.

Sort it out! Employ more people if you can’t cope, happy to take money and not provide a service

Lots of 5 star reviews have appeared on here the past few days, all wording similar, all from accounts with only 1 review, definitely Refy using phoney reviews, I think this sums up this company! Avoid!

Item not dispatched after nearly 2 weeks

Ordered nearly 2 weeks ago, spent £38 with Vitabiotics, not dispatched, no updates, don’t reply to emails or answer phone calls, so now I’m left in limbo, will I receive my order, or as I can’t contact anyone do I need to do a chargeback with my bank to recover the stolen money?

Terrible customer service from sales

Dealt with their Manchester branch, sales team not particularly interested in selling me a car, they didn’t reply to simple questions, used terrible spelling and grammar on emails.

I was willing to buy the car, but I’d rather give my money to another dealer than a dealership not particularly interested in basic customer service

2 months after order no trainers or refund

Made an order June 29th for trainers, well they never arrived, so I kicked off at them and they cancelled the order - it’s now August 17th and I still don’t have my £150 back - so they basically have just stolen my money, how are these crooks still operating? I’ve have noticed the website is down “for maintenance” in the meantime I’ve had to enter a dispute with my debit card to get this money back, absolutely crazy situation

Wizz air cancelled my honeymoon flight with 3 days to go, if that’s not bad enough they still haven’t paid my refund 7 weeks later, despite me messaging and calling their disgusting premium rate phone number! Awful and needs to be regulated

Amazing service

I ordered some Arigato trainers from the terrible Trndz boutique, they never arrived – so the night before my holiday I ordered Arigato Genisis trainers at 8pm, they came the following day at 10am – perfect!!!

best company I have dealt with A+++

Baffling, Hard to know if this is a legit company or a scam

Where do I start, professional looking website with reasonable price but extortionate shipping costs to draw unsuspecting customers in, then nothing is ever dispatched or sent, generic copy and paste correspondence promising it’ll come and it never does, my order got cancelled after a week of me pestering them, yet no mention of a refund - so I’ve had to do a chargeback as I can’t afford to lose a significant amount of money for me.

What I can’t work out is if this company is a scam or it’s a legit company ran by incompetent people, hard to know… but definitely don’t find out for yourself, I wish I never bothered - just praying I get my money back and take it as a lesson learnt to only use well respected online companies


UPDATE:

ordered the same trainers elsewhere at 8pm, same price and I paid £5.99 shipping, they arrive next morning at 10am – maybe employ more people, or sort your processes out, because if you don't, you wont be around much longer.

simply the worst financial services company i have ever come across, my workplace pension is with this incompetent outfit, pension platform is down now for over a week, i cannot buy or sell stocks on my pension, i have suffered heavy losses now from stocks i was unable to sell, i am talking to the FCA now regarding Aegon...

Poor correspondance and shipping times

Placed an order on Sunday (07/02/2021) for an item which was "on stock" (North face jacket), should have been shipped that day since I ordered it in the morning and today is Wednesday 10/01/2021 and still is says "ORDER BEING PREPARED"... i have contacted Snowleader but with no response, i am hoping they respod to trustpilot rviews instead, this parcel was meant to be getting delivered in next 2 days and its not even been shipped from France!

I will be happy to update this review should things improve here.

A company stuck in the dark ages

I pay significant fees with my company SIPP to use Aegon and their pre historic flash backed platform... you can’t trade on a smartphone, has to be a desktop with flash enabled, even then crashes, timeouts, unsuccessful trades.... it’s an expensive platform too, I have to use it else I would have jumped ship years ago

Give me my money back

Booked flights to Bali, these got cancelled by Qatar airways, who then issued the refund to Opodo... who have since kept the money and not passed it onto, if I call I don’t get through as you have to be departing in next 7 days, this is nightmare!
