Nothing changes…
Cannot count how many times we have sssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss
Cannot imagine how many times we have had the pleasure of staying with Whitebeach holidays at Club Puerto Chico. Nothing changes, still a wonderful place to frequent, a change of staff here and there but still the same pleasant venue. Long may it last, we will be there again in the near future.

Followed up previous quote after sometime, more recent quotes more expensive. Spoke to Rashid, managed to refer to previous quote, all settled and very happy with final and confirmed quote taken.

Where are they now !?
One of many complaints flooding in recently. Briefly. Ordered their offer 28 Jan 2020
Delivery as per advert End March/April
Cancelled the order 23rd April , Answer, cannot already in picking line.
Enquiry ( where are they ) 24th April , Answer by e mail sent next 4/5 days
Another enquiry 4th May Answer 14 days delivery
Received E Mail 9th May . Answer, sorry for the confusion, being sorted delivery will be made shortly.

Thank you for your review with the details I need to help you with your enquiry.
I am sorry for the confusion caused by the information which you've received. Each time this is correct at the time. Unfortunately, however, there has been a delay in receipt of the plants in the Bumper Garden Collection and we haven't been able to despatch your order as expected.
At the moment they are due for despatch during May 2020 but this may change due to the problems at the nursery. I have requested a full refund for you as requested. You will also receive the plug plants. Apologies.
Please accept my sincere apologies for the confusing information you've received and for the length of time it has taken to send out your plants.
