GOLD AND LUCK CASINO IS A HUGE SCAM! This is one of the worst online gambling sites possibly ever created and definitely the worst one I've ever used. In the beginning they did pay in small amounts but as soon as I put a couple hundred dollars in there things got weird.... The redemptions came less and less often and then all together stopped. Contacting them resulted in a variety of excuses or just being flat out ignored. Eventually they owed me over $1,000 and were not responding to any messages. I had to contact their payment handler and my financial institution to try and.. get a hold of these people just to get a portion of my money back. The majority of it is still missing and despite screenshots from both their own payment handler and from my bank... They have not done their due diligence in paying out the redemptions. They owe me a lot of money and it's been months and I never expect to see it because of how terrible the customer service is here. Be warned: I have lots of friends and family members experiencing the same issue. I was also told nonsense like I've created multiple accounts.... Which is completely untrue. As a professional Gambler I take these things extremely seriously so I advise anyone reading this to take this review seriously to do the same and stay very far away from this company as there are much much better online casinos out there. This is the worst site currently in the world for gambling, hands down.

This is the worst sports book I've ever used. I carefully all. read all the terms and conditions and I talked to live agents before gambling a penny. I read and what I was told were huge falsehoods. Everything from what I was allowed to bet on to an increase in the wagering requirement to fees for withdrawal and simply being told I could not withdraw. That all happened within a half hour of joining. This is a despicable company who? no one should have to suffer. like brave souls. who trusted them. Have to like myself.

Do not buy from this company! I placed an order over one and a half years ago and to date they have still not sent it! I contacted them within the first week of it not arriving and since then, over 30 times I have contacted them via email, Facebook, and phone, and they have ignored this issue consistently. To make matters worse I trusted them and believed their lied so never opened up a PayPal claim in time and now all that money is lost. This is single-handedly the worst tech company I have ever bought anything from. Bring back Radio Shack! This is a absolutely terrible company from China and only wants to take your money. Avoid at all costs!
