So today was Dads turn, having had myself and son checked, with a couple of family health issues it felt like a great birthday gift. Dropped Dad off, waited in the lovely relaxed waiting area, could have grabbed a coffee if wanted but enjoyed peace to clear work emails. Dad was in and out within 40 mins. Thankfully all good, he was full of praise for how relaxed it was and how lovely Claire was. Well worth the money!

Called for a further travel policy for a last minute trip with friends. Had several health issues recently since last trip and was not looking forward to sorting this. Chae walked me through everything, checked with a manager on anything he wasn’t sure on. Exceptionally patient and very professional. Sorted the best policy for me and explained in detail the cover. Very pleased. Wouldn’t use anyone else for my travel insurance.
