Lucklyland is great! They actually pay out and that's the one thing you have to hope for with social casinos sometimes. I got my money in like 3 days after redeeming.

What a horrible company. I did an offer that paid $30 in 30 days. Last time I checked I had 20 days left, when I looked today it said disqualified. What a super scummy thing to do and I hope that you guys get shutdown. Do you think people just won't notice?

I'm only gonna give you guys the real spill about any SC I review and Carnival Citi is legit. They approved my redemption on THE FREAKING WEEKEND and I just got it today. Trusted forsure.

Oh boy, where to start. First of all, you have to pay for your redemption. You have to BUY a coin package before they will let you cash out. Oh, and if you won any money using the daily login bonus, your redemption amount for that win is CAPPED AT $25. Just won $2,000 on a $0.25 cent spin? That's great! Too bad you'll only get paid $25 of it. They don't even make that known until you message support! LMAO. Say you buy a package for $50 and then you accidentally grabbed the daily bonus and win $2,000 on a spin. They're going to pay you $25 only and say that the spin that got you that was from the daily bonus therefore any amount above $20 is just gone. What happens to that money? Let me guess, they keep it and pass it around the office and congratulate each other for a new sucker scammed. It's actually super scummy. Don't play here guys.

Do not play here. This site has to be one of the laggiest social casinos, right next to Spinpals. The reels spin, disappear, then a loading screen, and then they reappear and you don't get a hit. Every time. Seriously, don't play here.

The only way you're going to make money is if you're Lady Luck; who is sponsored by Chumba. Oh and you'll have to bet $60 spins and dump in at least a few grand. Also, their games suck and have strange minimum bets that pay out nothing. Seriously, Chumba sucks as a gambling platform and your money is better spent going to a real casino or even just setting it on fire to stay warm at night. Maybe try getting a sponsorship and post videos online and they'll make sure you win!

The RTP at this social casino is the absolute worst. You will win nothing. $20 Bonus games will pay out $3 when triggered.

I only leave these on companies that actually pay out and High 5 actually pays out! I sent my redemption request on Saturday so I wasn't expecting it for at least a week but they approved it on Monday and I got it today!

They actually pay out! If you look at my recent reviews of 2 other social casinos that I've had issues with I was a little worried about my redemption with Jefebet. The customer service staff helped me confirm my bank through email when I was having issues figuring it out. They approved my redemption 2 days ago and I got my money last night. Highly recommend.

Updating my complaint from earlier. They paid my money out this morning. Glad that's taken care of!

Update: I had $5.86 in my account after redeeming and that is now gone. I have screenshot proof of it being there.

Update as of 02/04/2025: Still no response from Punt and their help number also doesn't work lol super sketchy company, do not spend money here.
