Great Product and Great Support
The replacement remote control I purchased from REMOTE CONTROL WORLD resurrected my old Denon stereo receiver. I was back in control. No more getting up and down to adjust the volume, etc.
Then one day I allowed the remote to slip between the seat cushions. Somehow it lost its programming. I wasn't sure though if it was the remote or the receiver, so I emailed REMOTE CONTROL WORLD.
Within a few days (due to a weekend being in there) I was provided the support I needed to reprogram the remote. They were poised to replace it if our repair attempt failed, but they stayed with me and we got it corrected.
The replacement remote is clean and neat, and works flawlessly. Customer support is outstanding. Prices are very reasonable.
I fully endorse REMOTE CONTROL WORLD.
