Management and staff are so helpful and welcoming.
Just completed our second visit there this year and looking forward to our next visit in the autumn.

Booking process is very simple and staff in Reception are quickly respond to any booking queries you might have - they are very flexible, but it's also nice to meet them on site during your visit.
As Accomodation is privately owned there are varying standards of refurb, but photos and descriptions are a good guide for potential visitors.
Location is everything to us - so positioned on the front line, views across to Fuerteventura, close to shops and restaurants - very quiet and peaceful location.

Another brilliant trip to Puerto Chico, staying for the first time in the 4 bed I/J.
Organisation and communication prior to arrival spot on as usual, and nothing is too much trouble when on site.
This is our 'Go To' place - just love it.

Location - perfectly situated on the front line, close to beaches, shops and restaurants.
Communication - Liz & the team are great communicators and make the booking process and stay both pleasurable and simple.
Accommodation - to suit all tastes and needs. Most of the bungalows have been refurbished to a good standard, making for a comfortable stay.
Must be our 12th visit in 4 years.

Puerto Chico now feels like a home from home.
We are made to feel very welcome by the team and the bungalows are comfortable and welcoming.
The bungalows are situated on the promenade with only a short walk to the town and numerous restaurants.

Our package has supposedly been 'lost' or stolen.
After a considerable number of email and form filling, fair play to VidaXL, they are replacing the missing item AND have given me a Gift Voucher for the inconvenience caused.
