Staff were friendly and efficient and made me feel well looked after, the van was clean and drove straight. No complaints here.

Didn't knock again. How hard is that? To knock on the door so that I know they've been. They don't have to wait for me to answer, just knock.

Great bike, however, bolts on stem loose, front brake lever on left side, never had that before, covered in dust so don't know how they managed to inspect it before sending it, don't think it had been out of it's box since leaving the factory and today I looked on their site to get some specs for fitting mudguards only to find another one for sale claiming to be the last one, the one I bought said the same thing. Still, a really nice bike.

Seriously poor comunication, bought a bike from them nearly a week ago, still haven't received it, no notifications on when I might expect it, other items I purchased to go with the bike arrived 2 days before I got the message they'd been dispatched, good job I was in. Personally I will NOT be buying anything from them again. Utter shambles!

Still waiting for my delivery, according to tracking it's been 3 days since they got my parcel and it still hasn't made it to the delivery stage. Totally unprofessional.
