3 weeks of agro . Finally after cancelling found it had then been left next to rubbish bins.
Days of changes of delivery date . When did arrive , refused it as no longer needed. Requested refund. Took autumn break, Returned to find E-mail Been left by rubbish bins. Not near to house. bins been emptied..... NO PARCEL...more calls to claim refund.....ONGOING. will not mail order again...….IN FAIRNESS.. the blame lies with HERMES. But why use a useless delivery service that spioles your reputation.
