I had to wait a while because the bags are so popular, but it was worth the wait! The quality is amazing. The leather is buttery soft, yet has enough texture that it can be used as an everyday bag. I was so impressed that it was suede leather on the inside too, just like my more expensive Loewe and Bottega bags. The size is perfect for me because I carry a lot of things in my bag. It has that very fashionable “slouch” when you put your things in it, which I love. Also instead of one magnetic closure, it has two!! This makes me feel more secure that it’s not going to come open unexpectedly. This bag has the quality features of far more expensive bags.

I had a 24 hour delay on my recent trip to Spain. American Airlines gave me the runaround. When I called customer support, they told me to go to customer support at the airport. When I went to the airport, they said they had no customer service at the airport. I knew the EU had rules about long delays, but I didn't know how to get my compensation. I contacted AirHelp, and they handled everything from there. They just needed a little information from me, and they submitted the claim right away. In a few months time, I received my compensation. I couldn't be more pleased with AirHelp and would recommend them to anyone!

I bought the Lena necklace to pair with a Van Cleef & Arpels pendant. It is lovely. The diamonds are sparkly and gorgeous. It will also layer nicely with other gold necklaces I have. I am very pleased and have my eye on some earrings now . . . can’t resist!!!
