I initially ordered the Memory Fresh mattress. I had severe backache, and after speaking to an agent, decided to swap for an S Plus as I was still within my 60 sleep trial. My back was instantaneously better. I can highly recommend this mattress. The only issues I had were around the collection of the old mattress. Courier was given the wrong address.
